Payments
Payment in full is required prior to any merchandise being shipped. All other services must adhere to contract details regarding payment of deposits and scheduled payments. Payment for services must be received in full prior to contract fulfillment.

Shipping / Delivery
Free Shipping for all orders. All shipments are packaged in plain packaging and delivered by FedEx. Please use physical addresses only as we are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Order Procedure
Orders are processed daily. Once order has been confirmed and payment has been received you will receive an email confirmation containing your FedEx tracking number. Please note that we can not ship to PO Boxes.

Returns/Exchanges
There are absolutely no refunds on merchandise. Exchanges are subject to The Lionz Den's discretion. If an exchange is granted it must be an exchange for the exact same merchandise and the merchandise must be returned in its original packaging.
For other services the refund policy will be detailed in contract agreement.
